International Orders
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, or any additional customs-related charges.
All applicable international duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by local customs authorities or the carrier upon delivery.

Before shipment, an OFFRAMP representative will perform a final confirmation of the order contents and shipping address.
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address or order items are no longer possible.
Please note that third-party products (non-OFFRAMP branded items) may require longer processing and delivery times.
Shipping and delivery timelines for third-party products are determined by their respective suppliers or manufacturers, and OFFRAMP does not have direct control over their fulfillment schedules.
Shipping Methods
All international orders are shipped via ground, ocean freight, or air freight.
OFFRAMP reserves the right to select the shipping carrier based on the chosen shipping method and logistical requirements, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
- If ground shipping is selected, ground transport will be used
- If air shipping is selected, air transport will be used
- The specific carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be determined by OFFRAMP
If your delivery address requires a specific carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS), you must clearly indicate this in the order notes at checkout to ensure proper carrier selection.
Expedited Shipping
When expedited shipping is selected, please note that expedited service begins on the shipment date, not the order date.
Expedited shipping incurs additional charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Split Shipments
Orders that require multiple shipments or multiple packages due to size or weight may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Third-Party Logistics Addresses
Some customers may request delivery to a third-party logistics provider or freight forwarding address.
If you choose to ship to a third-party address, you do so at your own risk.
You must provide a complete and accurate final delivery address at checkout.
OFFRAMP will not modify shipping addresses or deliver orders to any address not listed on the original order.
Once shipment confirmation is received from the carrier, OFFRAMP is no longer responsible for the order or any subsequent issues.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order (domestic or international), the customer is responsible for all incurred shipping costs.
Once the refused order is returned to OFFRAMP and inspected, a refund will be issued for the order amount minus all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and related fees.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned items are received by OFFRAMP.
OFFRAMP Return & Refund Policy
All returns require prior approval from OFFRAMP. Customers must contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the reason for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
General Return Requirements
- All returned items must include the original OFFRAMP invoice or order number
- Return eligibility is based on the date the product was received by the customer
Returns & Restocking Fees
- Unopened, new, and unused items returned within 7 days of delivery
→ Subject to a 15% restocking fee - Opened items returned within 7 days of delivery
→ Subject to a 25% restocking fee
Opened items require prior return authorization - Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted
- Third-party (non-OFFRAMP branded) products
→ Must obtain manufacturer return authorization within 7 days of delivery
→ If approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply - Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
Product Condition & Responsibility
- All products undergo professional inspection prior to shipment
- If a product is found to be defective due to force majeure or shipping-related issues, do not install or use the item
- Installed or used products are not eligible for return or exchange
- Customers are responsible for all risks and costs associated with returning products
- Damaged returned items will be inspected and may:
- Be rejected
- Or incur a repair/refurbishment fee of no less than 25%, depending on condition
Shipping Costs, Duties & Refunds
- All return shipping costs, duties, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund
- All returns are subject to inspection by the OFFRAMP Quality Control (QC) Department
- Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for return
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed

Return Time Limit
- Any approved return that is not shipped back within 30 days after return shipping details are provided will be automatically canceled
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with a valid OFFRAMP invoice or order number.
- Depending on exchange value or currency fluctuations, refunds or additional charges may apply
- All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
- OFFRAMP is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
- For self-arranged returns valued over USD $100, customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping service
- If exchanged items are returned in non-original condition, OFFRAMP reserves the right to charge restocking or refurbishment fees
OFFRAMP Warranty Policy
OFFRAMP provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all products found to be defective in workmanship, manufacturing quality, and/or materials.
Warranty Coverage
- The warranty period begins on the date the product is received by the original purchaser or installer
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required to process any warranty claim
- In certain cases, OFFRAMP may require documentation from a certified technician or professional installer
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Limited Warranty for Anodized & Chrome Finishes
OFFRAMP warrants that all anodized or chrome-finished aluminum products, under normal use and proper maintenance, will be free from cracking, peeling, or significant fading for a period of one (1) year.

Return Authorization (RMA) Requirement
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package
