Whether you run a small storefront, work out of an independent garage, manage a trusted social media account, or lead an active riding community, you may be eligible to apply—as long as you understand the products, respect motorcycle culture, and have the ability to support your customers consistently.
Unlike a traditional high-volume dealer program, this partnership allows approved members to place smaller, more frequent orders based on real customer demand. Qualified partners may gain access to exclusive account benefits, enhanced Fuel Points rewards, early product opportunities, and future product redemption programs.
Specific pricing, Fuel Points rates, and eligible product categories are available only to approved accounts.

More Than a Membership Status
Black Label Vanguard is more than a membership status. It represents a deeper working relationship with OFFRAMP.
Positioned between a standard OFFRAMP member and a Global Authorized Dealer, Black Label Vanguard is designed for partners with real customers, sales capability, content influence, technical experience, or an established motorcycle community—but who are not yet ready to enter a full-scale dealer program.
Black Label Vanguard members can grow their business through smaller, more frequent orders and may receive account-specific benefits based on their qualifications, product categories, purchasing activity, and contribution to the OFFRAMP community.
Black Label Vanguard status does not make the account holder an OFFRAMP Global Authorized Dealer, regional distributor, official store, exclusive dealer, or authorized representative of OFFRAMP.

Application Requirements
We do not evaluate applicants solely by follower count, store size, or the value of a single order.
OFFRAMP places greater importance on whether an applicant has a real, sustainable, and motorcycle-related foundation for long-term cooperation.
Applicants will generally need to meet one or more of the following conditions:
Operate a legitimate motorcycle shop, parts store, or custom garage
Provide motorcycle installation, repair, customization, or project build services
Manage an actively maintained motorcycle-related social media account
Have an established motorcycle customer base, audience, or private community
Lead or manage a motorcycle club, riding group, or owner community
Have the ability to purchase consistently, explain products accurately, and provide basic customer support
Agree with OFFRAMP’s brand standards and sales channel requirements
Be able to provide authentic and verifiable business or content channel information
Black Label Vanguard
Application Process
Step 1: Register an OFFRAMP Member Account
Applicants must first create an OFFRAMP member account and provide complete and accurate personal or business information before submitting an application to the OFFRAMP team.
Existing members may log in and submit an application using their current account.
Step 2: Submit Your Black Label Vanguard Application
Applicants should provide relevant information about their current business, audience, or motorcycle community, including but not limited to:
- Motorcycle shop or custom garage information;
- Primary sales channels;
- Social media accounts;
- Motorcycle club or community information;
- Current customer base;
- Product categories they are interested in selling;
- Expected purchasing method and order frequency;
- Relevant motorcycle industry experience.
Step 3: Qualification Review
OFFRAMP will evaluate each application based on the authenticity of the submitted information, sales channels, professional capability, content quality, customer base, and overall brand fit.
We may contact the applicant if additional information is required.
Step 4: Account Activation
Once approved, the member account will be upgraded to Black Label Vanguard status and the applicable partnership benefits will be activated.
Specific partner pricing, Fuel Points rules, Vanguard Ignition Key benefits, and eligible product categories will be displayed inside the approved member account.
Is there a membership or franchise fee?
No. There is no application or franchise fee to become a Black Label Vanguard member.
We focus on the applicant’s real sales capabilities, motorcycle industry background, content influence, customer resources, and willingness to build a long-term partnership.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The program is designed around flexible, small-batch purchasing and does not require every partner to place a large opening order.
However, certain products, order types, or markets may have minimum order requirements. Applicable details will be provided after approval.
What can Fuel Points be used for?
Fuel Points may be used for future product rewards, redemption programs, upgrade opportunities, limited events, and member-exclusive benefits.
Available rewards, required Fuel Points, and applicable rules will be displayed in the member account or on official OFFRAMP activity pages.
Can I sell OFFRAMP products on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces?
Not without prior written approval from OFFRAMP.
Partners may not resell OFFRAMP products in volume or establish unauthorized OFFRAMP-branded stores on major third-party public marketplaces.
Can Black Label Vanguard members become Global Authorized Dealers?
Yes.
When a Black Label Vanguard member reaches the appropriate level of purchasing volume, order frequency, customer service, brand performance, and commercial capability, they may apply to become an OFFRAMP Global Authorized Dealer.
Do I need to operate a physical store?
No.
Independent custom shops, individual technicians, content creators, social commerce sellers, motorcycle clubs, and riding communities are all welcome to apply.
What is the difference between Black Label Vanguard and an Authorized Dealer?
Black Label Vanguard is designed for smaller sellers, independent shops, creators, and motorcycle communities that prefer to purchase in smaller quantities and reorder more frequently.
OFFRAMP Global Authorized Dealers are expected to maintain more consistent purchasing volume, inventory capabilities, commercial operations, and customer service systems. Authorized Dealers receive dedicated B2B pricing and dealer-level support.
Can I sell through social media?
Yes.
Applicants must operate authentic social media channels and remain responsible for accurate product information, customer communication, and proper disclosure of their relationship with OFFRAMP.
Can a motorcycle club apply?
Yes.
Motorcycle clubs and riding organizations with a real member base, ongoing activities, and group purchasing needs may apply for Black Label Vanguard status.
Can Black Label Vanguard status be suspended or canceled?
Yes.
OFFRAMP reserves the right to freeze, adjust, or terminate Black Label Vanguard status and related benefits if an account becomes inactive for an extended period, provides false information, seriously violates pricing or channel policies, or damages OFFRAMP’s brand and commercial interests.
Partnership & Channel Guidelines
Protect the Brand and the Market
Partners must follow OFFRAMP’s current pricing, advertising, brand presentation, and sales channel policies.
False promotions, misleading price claims, destructive discounting, or any other conduct that disrupts the market or damages customers, existing partners, or authorized dealers is not permitted.
Use Accurate Product Information
Partners must introduce OFFRAMP products using official product pages, Fitment information, installation instructions, and technical resources.
Do not exaggerate product performance, conceal Fitment requirements, or make unsupported promises to customers.
Take Responsibility for Your Customers
Partners are expected to provide reasonable order communication, product information, and basic after-sales assistance through their own sales channels.
For product quality concerns, Fitment questions, or technical support requests, partners should contact OFFRAMP promptly and provide the necessary order, motorcycle, and installation information.
Represent Your Status Correctly
Black Label Vanguard members may identify themselves as OFFRAMP Global Sales Partners.
However, they may not represent themselves as:
- OFFRAMP corporate offices or official company personnel;
- OFFRAMP Global Authorized Dealers;
- Regional master distributors;
- Exclusive distributors or dealers;
- Official OFFRAMP retail stores;
- Authorized OFFRAMP representatives without written approval.
Without written authorization from OFFRAMP, partners may not modify OFFRAMP trademarks or brand assets, or create accounts, stores, or pages that could cause customers to believe they are official OFFRAMP-operated channels.
Follow Approved Sales Channel Requirements
Without prior written approval from OFFRAMP, partners may not sell OFFRAMP products in volume on major third-party public marketplaces or establish unauthorized OFFRAMP flagship stores, official stores, or branded storefronts.
Different countries, markets, and sales channels may be subject to different requirements. Applicable rules will be provided after account approval.
Disclose the Partnership Clearly
When creators, bloggers, influencers, or social media partners publish OFFRAMP-related content in exchange for discounts, Fuel Points, free products, or other benefits, they must clearly disclose their relationship with OFFRAMP in accordance with applicable local laws and platform requirements.
